Windsor Police are proud to introduce Inspector Andrew Randall, who brings over thirty years of policing experience.
Now in his 32nd year of service, Inspector Randall began his policing career as an auxiliary member with Peel Regional Police in 1990, before joining the Windsor Police Service in 1994.
Inspector Randall started in Patrol and later served in Major Crimes, Traffic, Probation/Parole Liaison, Target Base, Criminal Intelligence, and Special Victims. As an Inspector, he now oversees Patrol Operational Support and specialized teams, including the Marine Unit, Police Dog Unit, and Emergency Services Unit.
Inspector Andrew Randall stated, “I’ve always been driven by a desire to serve and help others. Over the years, that passion has grown into a deep dedication to professional leadership, community collaboration, and organizational advancement.” He looks back on his work with pride as a happy husband and father of three girls. “Policing isn’t just about enforcing the law - it’s about serving your community with integrity, empathy, and dedication every day.”
