From warm smiles to heartfelt conversations, you\u2019ve filled our shop with joy and unforgettable memories,\u201d the business wrote, in an email to customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">\u201cWe\u2019d love for you to stop by one last time &#8211; whether it\u2019s for your favourite donut, a coffee, or just a chat.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"> The email was signed off: \u201cWith love and endless gratitude, The Cartems Donuts T<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Some of the signature offerings \u2013 which include the London Fog \u201cstuffie,\u201d filled with tea-infused whipped cream, and the salted caramel, a chocolate cake donut glazed with caramel and sprinkled with sea salt \u2013 are also sold at Matchstick Caf\u00e9 and on multiple delivery apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The company\u2019s email does not explain why it is closing. CTV News has reached out to Cartems for more information, and will update this article if a response is received<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Cartems closed its Pender location in November 2023 because the building was scheduled for demolition, but did not re-open elsewhere.
