A committee of the city council has again voiced support for a condo building planned for former strip club land.

Windsor’s development and heritage standing committee on Monday approved plans for a five-story building on vacant property at the corner of Hall Avenue and Riverside Drive East, which was last occupied by Danny’s Tavern.
